There are two prophecies, two alternate futures.
In one: A twisted Empire, perverted by an infection over which they have no control, rampages through the galaxy, swallowing populated worlds in its desire for galactic domination.
In the other: The Empire of S’rall is turned back, and the seeds of its eventual destruction are sown.
Both of these paths lead to this place, to this time. To a small mining colony on the edge of Clarin space, a joint effort of three different races.
Sometimes, history is decided by great wars, grand councils, or intergalactic treaties. This time, it will be decided by parents. By families. By schoolteachers, miners, guards, and medics.
If you fail, there may be reprisals. There may be loss, and terror, and fire. There may be those who cannot stand the pressure, or who sell out their friends for a chance to survive.
But if you succeed, an entire galaxy will be in your debt.
Svaha: Crucible was WGP's second event. The second prequel to our Svaha campaign, this event was designed to continue to introduce you to the galaxy we brought you in Svaha: Prelude.
It ran for the first time on January 19-21, 2001, at the Somerset Doubletree in Somerset, NJ.
