Join us and portray a member of one of the sixteen complex and highly diverse races of our Svaha galaxy! 

* - If you wish, pre-generated characters are also available at the door, for you to take for one event, or for the remainder of the campaign.

Our campaign is set early in the history of the Svaha galaxy.  Many of the 16 known races have just begun making contact with each other; some of these races are so new that most races have only heard vague rumors of their existence.  Other races are far more known, and feared because of their military, political, or economic dominance.  Others occupy a middle position --not galactic powers in their own right, but they are independent, capable of maintaining their own position in the universe, and each able to muster a force to obtain short-term goals.

These middling powers have set up an organization of states to challenge a powerful otherworldly entity that seeks to gain dominance for itself by overtaking the minds and hearts of populaces of entire worlds.  This League of Free States (or LFS) consists of a rag-tag group of soldiers and researchers, together ostensibly to challenge this higher power, but many individual members have other agendas they would like to have the group entertain once the initial goal has been accomplished.

A year later, with the initial goal of the LFS now in sight, these agendas are starting to come forward…and the fragile alliance may soon be put to its greatest test…

Characters in our game portray members of the LFS (soldiers in its army, researchers, entertainers, medics, healers, low-level diplomats, etc.) or they are individuals temporarily associated with its goals (merchants, mercenaries, scientific observers, refugees, etc.)  Our GM staff works tirelessly to create a playing experience that is both unique and enjoyable for every single player, no matter what their playing style is.

Our simulated combat, theatre-style LARP campaign events are scheduled four times a year, and will continue until June of 2004.  New players are welcome at all events.  In addition, occasional one-shot weekend LARP events will be held at conventions in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic States to introduce you to our universe.
