The horrible crimes that were committed there by James Delapore a year ago have entered into vague local legend thanks in large part to the efforts of the authorities to suppress the truth of the terror. James Delapore is confined to the asylum at Hanwell in the outskirts of London. His son Alfred, a wheelchair-bound invalid veteran of the Great War, lives an unquiet life due partly to the nature of his injuries and partly to his suspicions concerning his father's madness. GURPS Space: Who invited the Pirates?! The year is 2563AD. The Garshan War has only just begun. Only now have the Green-haired menace turned their attentions (And BIG Guns) on the hapless Confederacy. Squadron after Squadron of Confed Military vessels have fallen by the wayside in desperate battles, yet the Garshans haven't as yet attacked a single human-dominated world.

How exactly did we get hired by this human's Mega-Corp Infinity Enterprises to run supplies from the Artifact space station to a way station out in a fringe star system called Carcosa? And will someone tell me why we are taking this load of back up computer parts, various foodstuffs, and low-grade ore to this desolate, hole-in-the-wall star system that EVERYONE knows is a haven for Pirates?!?

Welcome to a continuing GURPS Space Saga, one that has been running off and on for nearly 10 years. For this game, I am giving a group of players the chance to change history, so to speak. Back in '93, another group of players tried and failed to get a load of desperately needed spares to a Way Station. Maybe you can do better. The 5 players will man command positions onboard a standardized high-speed small transport (for the purposes of this convention, characters will be provided).

Player Characters will be of three different races: Humans, Marrokians, or Gideons (Anthropomorphic Animals), and will be of wildly varying point values. This isn't a game of Point-munching, but of Role-playing potential. See you there!

Players: 5          Difficulty: Expert          Age Range: Adults Only

In this game players take on the role of loser satanists who torture pets in order to gain evil, in order to cast spells, in order to gain evil, in order to summon demons, you get the picture. (I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen.) Join us.

(No actual puppies are harmed in the playing of this game. Nor is an actual Satan worshipped. Come to think of it, there's no actual evil, either. It's a game, and only a game. Also - if you're underage, think you might be squeamish, or think you might be offended, please don't play.)

Universalis: Universalis: The Game of Unlimited Stories Universalis bills itself as The Game of Unlimited Stories. Each story/game is unique. Every time you play a new game of Universalis, the players generate the setting -- and even add to and change the rules of play.

In Universalis, each player controls the story through a sophisticated yet easy to learn economy of story power. Story power is represented by Coins and is the ability of the player to shape the shared story. Everything in the game-world: characters, objects, locations, etc are components that are built with Coins.

Control of these components is fluid among the players -- yes, even the characters (unless someone introduces a Rules Gimmick (for a Coin, of course) to change things) because the story is the thing. Challenges and Complications help the players to decide who gets to narrate and when.

Come play Universalis with us for a new experience in narrative role-playing. The rules are quick to learn and you'll be building your story within minutes of starting the game.

Players: 6          Difficulty: Beginner          Age Range: 13 and Over
